In the South Central Pennsylvania Area, schools that offer both the RN and the paramedic are Harrisburg Area Community College in Harrisburg Dauphin County, Reading Area Community College in Reading Berks County, and the LAncaster General College of Nursing and Health Sciences in Lancaster, Lancaster County.  I would recommend the Reading program because you can precept / do ride time anywhere and the Lancaster program as I am a student there even though you must do your time at their hospital and on their trucks because the instructor and associated instructors are top notch.  Vickie Horan and Crew from LEMSA are true professionals and super extremely excellent instructors.  Side note the only paramedic program I know you get an AA in is HACCs

In Kentucky a working RN can sit for tests and do all clinicals other than the one of their specialty to earn EMT-P.  It takes a little time.  If you went about it the route of graduating nursing first perhaps there's a bridge like that where you are.  You could consider employment to find a paramedic program as well.  Medical based/back-up metro EMS transporting and response to emergencies is varied with lots of clinical experience.  If you're highly interested in trauma experience maybe check your metropolitan or nearest metropolitan area's website and they may provide some direction for paramedic training.  There are some schools that run both programs and your city may be linked with their educational site.  I hope it goes well.  There are some shadow a healthcare professional programs at universities (if employment isn't an option.)
