It is a place where you can learn to do many things and you can do something that you feel is right and take it to the bad guys and give your family and your country ease everyday. The training and friends you make come at you fast but the brother hood is amazing. You have to come into the army willing to be told what to do like any job but with it your learning from people who have been in for awhile or who have been where the bad stuff has happened.

Advice for prospective applicants:

Do it join job training and learning to do new things is great. Dont join for the wrong reason join cause you want to wear the uniform and serve your country proudly.

It seems good assignments are luck of the draw. And I just kept getting unlucky.

The U.S Government doesn't always help its soldiers. I love my job as an MP, but the Army isn't going to be my last job.

I believe that the Army has everything to offer as far as training, discipline, mentorship and travel. But the pay could be better.

Well i think the Army helps young men and women such as me grow into a better leader for jobs with high stress
